Experience the charm of an authentic medieval castle.
The castle dominates Pergine Valsugana, on the traditional route between Venice and Germany.
It was built around the year 1000, described in 1177 for the first time, it belonged for a long time to the dukes of Austria and later of Emperor Maximilian I. In 1531 it passed into the hands of the Princes Bishops of Trent.
The 20 rooms and 3 towers have different dimensions and all feature a simple and up-to-date luxury. The rooms are located in the Ala Clesiana, an extension of the building built at the time of the Council of Trent.
The rooms are bright, modern and tastefully furnished. The historical presence is witnessed by old castle furniture.
From the ground floor and the upper one you can enjoy a view of the Pergine plain, while in the distance the peaks of the Brenta Dolomites stand out. From the rooms on the central floor there is a view of the greenery and of the quiet inner courtyard.
Our guests relax by breathing centuries of history. Tasty meals are served in the medieval rooms. The kitchen presents always fresh and creative dishes, without forgetting the Trentino dishes and the Italian tradition.
The castle is also an excellent starting point for visiting Trentino, and for all kinds of sports activities in the mountains and the lake.
